A few of my calculators, mapping accessories, electronic games for the kids, warches and alarms clocks use the common A76 tiny battery.
Most of the
shop in
Brisbane want $3-50 per A76 battery.
Dick Smith is selling a pair of A76 for $3-95 which is the cheapest.
Woolworth 3 months ago was selling 6 small A76 for the sum of $2-00 but they discontinue thise line in
Brisbane.
Woolwoorth A76 batteries (packet of 6) had the bar code 9 300633 134112 ref number 37739.
If you find these woolworth batteries or similar can yopu let me know so I can buy them by bulk of 50.

Maybe dodgy but since it only matters if it works try a little asian mobile and electronic bits
shop in Charlotte Street in the city next to the Country Music
shop just beside the exit of the Elisabeth arcade and otherwise generally opposite Festival hall. It has an amazing battery selection and because they all are from the asian market they tend to be a lot cheaper but not necessarily inferior. Worthwhile taking your thing in to show them as sometimes their english is not that crash hot.

Thanks Paul, I'll
check it out this week. I found 10 x A76 for$3-00 in" Dollars & Sens" in
Brisbane(tel: 3351718, 38084251). They had a bit of a selection. For $3-95 I only get two
A76 at "Dick Smith". Like you mention these batteries are Asian but I tested then, as good as the full price one. At this price of $3-00 for 10 I can afford to have a few with less charge bacause I'll still be
miles in fron regarding the price.
