I have a Landcruiser 100TD and would like to adjust the lights down as I dazzle oncoming drivers when I tow the boat. There are two screws behind each headlight, an upper and a lower. Can anyone tell me which screw adjusts the light up & down and which one adjusts it side to side.

Have a look in the owners manual, usually in there with a picture.
Most cars that I've seen have one on one side and one either top or bottom, the top or bottom one usually adjusts the up and down.

Not in owners manual. It's not obvious which screw will make up/down left/right adjustments.

Easiest way is to get on a lonely road,in the dark and screw the adjusters to see which way the lights move.
