Looking for
feedback in regard to the KKT3. Trying to decide between that and a Bushtracker.

There's an owners group where you could get some
feedback.
Contact sec_treasurer at kkog dot org dot au and ask for prospective owners
membership. You can then ask questions on the
forum.
Cheers

One important question to ask is: what is the payload? (GVM minus TARE)
My 20ft BT has a payload of 840kg. On the KK website the T3 payload is 530kg, 310kg less.
When you take into account that each litre of water you carry is 1kg, it doesn't take long to use up that payload.
BT is now offering a coil/shockie trailing arm
suspension too.
Well worth considering.

CJ, I open that map in MS Paint and manually trace over the roads we've been on.

Agree to sort out the payload.
I was told (when I looked at the KK at a dealer) that they can increase the GVM of the van to 3.5 thereby increasing the payload. Apparently the van is designed to a higher GVM than the placard, the placard being lower GVM to be more inclusive to more towing vehicle types.
As said, verbal from a dealer, not gospel, but something to look into
