Looking for advice as to a suitable caravan park in central Victoria, that would suit a small motoring group for a Christmas breakup, also suited to disabled members (flat terrain). Would be great if it has a sheltered area, rotunda, hut or similar. Thanks.

Hi Jill,

you could try A-line caravan park at Kangaroo Flat just a few minutes outside Bendigo.

Hi Jill, lots of choices.. most c/van parks have those features. have you got google (earth)? you can look up 'caravan parks' in any area- will list them, you can then view from above or from street. also try camps 7 book, tourist bureau, for places like Bendigo, albury-wadonga, Sale ( on the coast), Colac, ,..... really depends on where you want to go, amount of time and how far travelling. lots of nice national parks as well.

Hi Jill

For something different talk to the East Charlton Hotel they manage the "caravan park" that was set up by the township to encourage visitors. 8 sites available, all with en-suite + very flat. IIRC there is a covered eating area off to one side but we never use it as the pub does great meals.

Cheers
