Hi all , just returned from a few days at
Katherine, and saw something, maybe many people travelling to the Gibb River road will not have stopped and marvelled at, the
mural paintings at the Barra Café , about 3 kms out of
Katherine on the Victoria Highway , it is on the back of the
Caltex S/Station on the right , and a caravan park too ,you cannot miss it .Pop in for some of the best Barra and chips or a large meal and admire the murals that were painted by Lyn Condon .
It is about 250 meters past the sign for
Katherine hot springs also another great spot .
