Perhaps I've missed out here, but I have only just heard of this/seen this in media. the actual recall is old- originating in Aug 2014 with predicted effect due to degradation of insulation anytime from 2016 to 2019 depending on the state/territory and environmental (heat) exposure.
Wiring is called " Infinity" or "Olsent". Could be related to c/vans as not sure what 240V wiring is in vans built then, could apply to wired ( onsite) annexes. ( and of course, housing)
But due to recent examples on this forum of uncompliant ( safety standards) goods being sold....:
heres another example of QA and is anyone checking ?
faulty house wiring. Google also shows several media reports .

You certainly have missed out Has been mentioned in recalls even on ACA Was mainly sold by retailers so may not be inplaces that the installer would buy off a wholesale

Oh well, Gunna have to be less of a mushroom! Sorry its old news.
have in recent times chosen not to so much follow the man stream media news/ current affairs, its often an investigative journalism style "expose" and designed to be controversial / bring in the ratings. have looked at ABC's media watch , and got examples of this.
