I have to agree. We rarely go to 'hotels' but in the bush love to go to the 'pub'.
Went to the Grand Hotel in
Kookynie WA, a week or two back and it really was 'grand'.
100 years old and showing it's age but what character. Margaret, one of the owners, who will serve you is a real gem.
Also the only pub in
Menzies WA is good. Once the Railway Hotel it is now the
Menzies.
Ditto for the Narembeen WA pub.
