I have a palsonic tftv5585m and tuned successfully many times. Last night in
Carnarvon the TV would not tune and stated data base empty. We have moved further north today and tried again at our
camp site. The sure lock JACK has 3 blue lights but the message is the same. I have checked the net and the same question has been asked but no reply. Has anyone have any ideas?

My only suggestion is that either the Booster on your antenna is not functioning or there is a break in the cable.
The reason it's saying database empty is because when you set it to tune it deletes everything in the database then if it can't find any signal the database which stores the channels is empty.
