We are off on a journey through the Central desert areas on Friday. A couple of months ago we purchased a revharge for our Sat phone through our usual provider in
Melbourne. When we went to activate and
test this we found it would not work. A help email to the provider asvised a reset which we did to no avail. A further email met no reply, so in desperation we searched for a lical company to help us out as there was no time to send the phine to Vic for 'further testing'. We found Earth 2 Ocean in Bunbury and cant recommend them enough. They had the phone up and running in no time and did a firware update that fixed the issue. We also bought a new sim and airtime for a lot less than the former company. All in all we were charged $120 for 2 updates and our recharge. The same would have been close to $300 from the Vic company. A great outcome and no guessing where we will go in the future!
