Trailer Valet help needed please

Hi

We purchased a Trailer Valet caravan mover from Camec and there's 2 things we can't do and the instructions are no help. Can someone who has one please tell me:

1) How do you access the valve to inflate the tyres? We've rotated the tyres so the valve is visible, but it lies flat against the inner wheel and so we can't screw on the compressor end to inflate it. Do you really have to go through the rigamarole of taking the wheels off?

2) How does it lock into the stow position for travel? When its turned sideways and the locking pin inserted it hangs quite low to the road. If you turn it up so the bulk of it is above the drawbar, its very unstable. In any case, I can't for the life of me figure out where the security bolt goes anyway.
