My 1990 troopy front door 1/4 vent brackets are rusting out and glass has wind noise.
Where do you get replacement units? Any after market ones?

I'd reckon your only source would be wreckers, Toyota stopped fitting them in the late 90's and went to one piece door glass instead.
A sheetmetal place might be able to make you new window frames.
Fitting complete later model doors might be another option if they are compatible.

My 2002 Troopy has them.
But I would be delighted if I could hear wind noise in my Troopy. LOL

Yeah, my 2002 ute has them, though they've rarely been used.
Just a bit of trivia, and maybe a little OT. About 1975, a stock inspector rocked up at "
Rockhampton Downs" (NT), with his new Landcruiser ute. It didn't have quarter glass windows, though most of other Utes of that age did.
Don't recall whether later models had them or not?

You can still buy them new from Toyota if you get desperate but they are expensive ($350.00 each).
