Has anyone here used the jayco website. It appears that the forum section on it has dissappeared. That is they have updated the site and seems to have been removed. It appears to many people were being too honest about the quality of the product. I tried emailing jayco but........ u guessed it no response .... Ric

When you are turning out an aluminium can and cardboard box stapled together every 15 minutes you cannot expect quality. Do a survey of Jayco owners and find out what they have to say. After that you would not be buying a Jayco.

Actually i'm very happy with my Jayco,,, it had a few teething problems but unlike Holden who are still giving me the run around my local Jayco man fixed the problems to my complete satisfaction.. he even fixed some problems that came up after my waranty had expired. This may only be my local man because I have emailed Jayco to try and find out what the greasing interval is for the suspension and what type of grease I should use ...... but no answer has yet been recieved.

Ric any good quality grease multi purpose or better would be OK.
as for intervals well that depends on how often used and climatic conditions ie wet/dust etc.... if you did it at least yearly you would be doing more that most....cant over-do it when it comes to suspension and wheel bearings imho. As for wheel bearings; if you also do these yearly ie removed and cleaned and Inspected (these bearings are cheap and it could be more economical to fit new) and repacked with new grease it would be good insurance. If you have submerged the bearings in water remove & clean etc ASAP.
