Wanted 2 or 3 people to join us in a trip across the Canning Stock Route for 12 weeks starting in victoria on mid july.
Will be travelling in 2 Landcruiser 100 series 4WDs which are fully equipped for the trip and are driven by people with experience in remote outback travel.
The only expense is to share the cost of expences (fuel, food ect)
Only for people who enjoy outback travelling, camping and exploring.

A bit off topic but if you want to get a good update on current conditions on the CSR go to www.vks737.on.net. The top half of the CSR is generally impassable to traffic from well 33 (and has been for the last couple of years). Spoke to a guy today who has recently come back from installing the outback dunny at well 6 - said there is still some water about but expected to clear by Aug (which is when our group is planning to go up). Watch out for the Chamberlain 9G tractor mob who will be coming down about this time. Will be a busy time of year no doubt - happy travelling.
