Welcome to the family jiarna. It's a shame our paths won't be crossing in June.

Yeah. I went and organised a holiday, going from one desert to another. Should stay home to wait for visitors :-) (I won't even think of suggesting that to the other 98%, she'd hit the roof!! Desert life does that to some people, I've heard. I'm completely normal, of course Hahahahahhahahahahhhhhahahhaha)

Sounds great! We don't get a lot of visitors, despite the 20,000 or so travellers who pass through Oodnadatta each year. I'll post a couple of details in a separate thread for some of the more sociable types who would like to visit us in Oodnadatta, or at least stop for a chat.

Welcome to EO John. Don't be afraid of giving people like me a bit of a stir. I'll give it back but only in good fun. I'll be back as Des Lexic soon. Enjoy the site fellow forumite.
