on page 12 of the brochure (page 14 of the pdf), it is talking about antennas.

aside from all their rules being completely opposite to what we know about rx/tx ability, what is a 'large diameter base' designated as? just the hf's? doesnt look like it based on the piccie.

does this mean i cant put a benelec explorer on the front passenger corner and an rfi cd1795 on the drivers front corner???

As the site says, this is a guide only. My interpretation is only one antenna is allowed but you should get clarification from QLD Transport if you want more than one.
