We are heading North to NT & Kimberleys shortly. I cannot afford a VKS737 radio (do have an EPIRB & UHF CRS radio). So I can't communicate on HF to the VKS737 net. However I could listen as I have a 12v side band radio (AR3000A) and if necessary go to someone elses' aid if necessary. I have gone to the VKS737 site and downloaded the summer frequencies. Can someone please tell me which are the "normal" ones to listen on in
Alice Springs / Kununurrra /
Fitzroy Crossing, and any other useful HF frequency I should programme in (e.g. Radio Australia - ABC)?
Thanks from Arkay (SA).
