It's not too often that one comes across outstanding customer service so I thought I'd share this with you all. I must applaud Glind Pty Ltd for their efforts. My pump had been playing up. Sent them an email. Got a quick response to send it up to them to
check it out. Sent pump and got it back about 3 days later. Works better than ever. It was under warranty and no cost to me (apart from postage up). Can't ask for more than that.

I had the same service from Glind. I lost the washer that goes onto the shower head and rang to see if I could buy one. They sent me ten ( yes ten ) at no cost. Couldn't ask for any more than that. Besides the service the product is first class to.

Glind build shower units with a heat exchanger that is plumbed into the cars engine.
They work
