Hi Have had various caravans over the years and always found the cupboad the fridge is fitted in,all thes sides and top get warm with to much heat build up

A friend of mine with a motor home put a vent up and out through the roof and this has let a lot of heat escape from the fridge cabinet
I have done the same with my caravan and it does work

Goodaye I have a 3/4 size fridge with no cupboard above it a space of about 700mm
I went to a plumbing store and used 50mm pipe with a water proof cap and three flanged sleeves, one sleeve on top of the cupboard one on the ceiling and one on the roof the vent they did not have in stock i have to pick it up later, the water proof vent was in one of thier books
