Does Anybody Know If you Can get a
Snorkel for the Drivers Side of a GQ Patrol?
As the Petrol and Diesel both have an Intake on the Left hand side!
I thought mabye someone knows a model off another vehicle may fit very close!

Yea seen many GQ's with twin snorkels.
What do you want it to do? Connect to airbox of some form, as they are all on other side.

yeah but the were they all Safari Snorkels, or were the Twin snorkels custom made out of pipe?
Because i already have a safari one on the left! and i wanna match it pretty close with one on the right hand side!

theres a
pic of a dual snorkle gq ute in the june issue of 4x4 monthly, looks pretty good, its all custom acording to the owner

The ones off 80 series and 60 series cruisers look very similar, but you'd have to
check the angle of the upsweep at the bottom of the windscreen etc. They wouldn't be identical mirror images, but then again you can't actually look at both sides simultaneously either!!

I would say custom, when I was trying to get a
snorkel for my rocky they had stopped producing them, to get another model to fit was very difficult, ended up takling to a guy who had made his own for a GQ with a V8 diesel in it. He made them out of exaust pipe and then powder coated them with
grey pitted paint, they looked unreal. He said the pitted greay was much better as it didn't show scratches etc from scrub in the bush, but they just looked like they were meant to be there.
