i have recently purchased a 95 4runner with 115000 k's (full service history toyota) i have noticed the the head is quite rusty where the inlet manifold goes into it it just looks like surface rust and doesnt seem to be corroding away (yet) is this normal?? any ways to rectify it??

If your that worried spray it with a rust converter but it is quite normal for cast iron heads on those engines, the paint goes and it just gets that surface.
