Review: Ningaloo south to Steep Point

Thanks for your blog Rob and for filling in some visual blanks for me. I note a few * and ? for names of things. I think I can help you. The name of the former owner of the Gladstone Bay camping area is Yadinga Station. As for the name of the wildflowers, I will defer you to our wildflower admins - but best if you upload the pics separately into the Wildflowers section - you simply select Unknown from the list and the admins will sort it out. I was interested to see the vehicle barge to DH island. I am thinking we might go there next - it didn't look long enough to take our boat trailer on board though? What do you think? Those camps at Steep Point are far nicer than I expected too - I've been avoiding it as too far for an average camp but I think you've just proved that assumption totally wrong. Another bucket list item ;) Best of luck for the rest of the trip. Days are finally getting a little longer here in Perth - but it is frightfully cold. Stay north as long as you can. Michelle
