I have an older (larger) ampfibian which I really like but found it a bit bulky to carry around all the time. This smaller size unit is compact and easier to store and of course cheaper if you are on a budget. Only downside is that it is less water resistant but provided the power point is in a sheltered spot this isn't a problem. Works great and much safer than using a
home made 15A to 10A (illegal) lead.
