I would start with a good de-grease & wash down then recheck to confirm leak source..... oil looks fresh.....it hasnt been 'spilled' on there accidentally has it?

Hi Tony
I did that when I first got the car and today I washed the outside and decided to
check for inspection tomorrow and I noticed it.

Zeke, the leak is quite likely to be a cracked or eroded fuel line. These fuel lines carry enormous pressure and they erode very badly at the flare under
the nut. Some fuel injection crowds recommend these lines be replaced at 100,000 kms as they erode so badly. The high pressure erosion removes little pieces of metal that can then go through the injectors, damaging them, too.
Some good info in this link below.

Due to the injector being inside the rocker cover they have a seal where the fuel line comes in, which in your case has leaked engine oil. Is it a big job? yes it is.
