can things like power steering,power windows etc from a 1984 subaru wagon into a 1981 subaru wagon.

From memory they are the same series vehicle so anything is possible, depends on how much you want to put in. All the above are available on the Touring Wagon, (the one with the slightly raised roof). Have fun, sounds like a lot of work
