Does anyone know how to obtain & replace the battery in Hema 7?

i rang Hema and said i was disappointed in the battery life and they replied if i returned it they would
check it out. Worth a try.
Result was a new battery fitted free along with the latest upgrades. Love my Hema!!

The USB connection on my 5 carked it - a s/w problem. Hema said they'd refurb the unit for about $90 inc new battery.

I contacted Hema, they said send it for them to
check out. I today received the unit back with new battery, updated street & 4wd maps all for no charge. Thank you Hema!
