Does anyone know how to re-tension the blind roller mechanism on a Mobicool window blind?

Yes we still need help to fix blinds. We have just returned home from 6 weeks on dirt roads & the blinds are full of dust. We pulled them apart in Coober Pedy but couldn't get them retensioned enough to wind back into the roller. What problem did you have & how did you fix them?
Kind regards

Hi Geoff, just came back from Coff's Harbour nsw.....the screen wouldn't retract when I pulled up on it to open the window. Worked out the spring had let go and just needed retensioning. Also have noticed that not all the insect screens are the same. Two types, the Europeon type, and the 'other' type. However...
I pulled the screen assembly off the window, by taking out the small plugs which hide the screws in the wall. Layed the screen assembly on the bed in front of me back side facing up. Both rollers which retract the screen have a tensioner on one end, which is the end with the flat end which slots into the frame to keep it in position. There is a small plastic plate with two tiny screws in it to keep the tensioner end in place. I prised open the fitting on the end of the roller, and found a healthy spring inside, repositioned and jiggled it and then it seemed to tension as I turned it. It had just let go inside and lost tension, so tightened as good as I could get it and slipped it back in the slot. Let me know if you're getting this and I'll go into it in more detail, and U may also have a slightly different screen assembly, depending on which u have, Eupopeon or Chinese. Cheers Ian.
