Hj60 2H Injector Pump and Rockers question

Hi All,
We have a standard 2H Injector Pump...Under the Deliverly Valve Holder in our IP is a small spring, but in the manual it pictures the small spring in the Turbo DVH's, the non-turbo has a large spring siting outside the valve that doesnt fall out when the cap is removed... has anyone seen this before? can anyone please account for this? Should we have the seals picture in the turbo setup as
well..
The feeler guage 'drag' alters when setting the gaps. We replaced the rockers but it is still tricky, it like there is a 'peak' on the top of the valve stems. Should we have repaced the retainer collars on the valve springs? Do the collars wear making peaks? Does the top of the valve stem wear to give an uneven contact between the rocker face which would affect
the gap set when valve is closed and valve is lifted?
