Couple of points from the User Manual for you to consider.
Have you connected the D+ (alternator) signal cable.?
Are you trying to run it of a battery (house) only? As per the instructions, this AES fridge will not select 12v as an energy source unless the vehicle is running.
Is the cable sufficient in cross section?
Is the battery below minimum voltage for fridge to run?
