I have noticed that there is an option between painted finish and machine finished alloys for the 100 series cruiser. Is one more "hard" wearing than the other. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Cammo, I imagine that machine finish is exactly as it says Machine finished. Might be highly polished like the mags were and paint finish would be a baked paint finish. I'm no expert but that is what it would seem to be

I suppose you could "refurbish" a painted wheel if it was scratched and even change the colour in the process. I Ihave painted mags on my GU and they have stood the test of time ok.

You get around, sort out that work thing, get the sh@# out of the fan. I'm not a big fan of big shiney bullbars when you sratch them they just don't look the same, at least if you scratch paint it can be repainted easy, polishing is a bugger.
