We have just bought an Oztrail Queensize SIM, and was told that I would need two people to pack it up into its bag. My wife has mobility issues and since there is no help there, I'm the bunny.
Time for brains not brawn.

How is 4mins single handed? (without a suction pump)

The first time it took me 30 mins, the second time 4 mins.
The secret;
1. Open all the valves
2. Fold the mattress in thirds lengthwise and then in half crosswise, and lie on it and get as much air out as you easily can.
3. Close all the valves, and open it up right out.
4. Roll as tight as you can with one valve open.
5. Close the valve and roll out again.
6. Roll as tight as you can with one valve open.
7. Close the valve
Fits in the 300mm bag easy!

Some have been saying it is easy so there's how!

Great tip, have been using that for at least a decade after a bushwalking mate did it one trip.
No more rolling until 90% of the air is out.
With our single ones, we just fold them up and sit on them to expel air.
