Great result for someone who was close to having his career cut short just 3 years ago.

He is a four times winner of the Finke Desert race. He is now the number one rider for the KTM factory team. The previous number one rider was Marc Coma, a five times winner and a living legend in his own right. Marc has been mentoring Toby and I think we can expect Toby to win Dakar a few more times. This was only his second Dakar and he came third last year in his first Dakar.
