I would just publicly like to thank my fellow forumites who have contacted me today enquiring how I and the kids are after the dramas of yesterday…[re post 13120]. Callum and I have a bit of a “down” day, but Tegan managed to get her fears/anger/confusion/ whatever out at Kinda by drawing a fire engine….thanks again for the support received…I appreciate it very much.

Cheers

Lyn

Lyn
I didn't realise when I read Wombat's post yesterday (I read it before any responses had been added) that it was you who had been the witness.
I daresay this bloke has a very sad tale to tell which led to his unfortunate actions.
Anyway, it was very kind of you to assist the bloke and hopefully your youngsters will not suffer any lasting affects.
Cheers,

Wow what an experience. I didn't bother reading it yesterday because I thought the subject pointed to, dare I say it, crap. Just goes to show you can't sort the wheat from the chaff till you read it. I've often wondered what happens to members of this forum who just vanish never to be heard from again. We all go crazy and will eventually try blow ourselves up :) Seems as though this goon can't get it right though. I feel sorry for his family as he'll probably keep on trying till he gets it right causing a lot of heartache along the way.

I'm sure the kids will be ok. Living in a suburb full of pyros as a kid I just loved their work, The flames, the smoke, fire engines, flashing lights...what fun.

Mrs Al, am sure it was quite a shock for you, Callum and Tegan and am pleased you are back on an even keel. Not at all pleasant for you - or the guy either I guess, so best he is taken care of.

Good old fireys and supporters around you there Lyn. Take care.

Take care Mrs Al, and having been through a similar situation, keep an eye on the kiddos and talk to Mr Al & others when you feel the need, cause no doubt it can play on your mind.
