im going to change the rear main in my 91 diesle paj are they a pull out knock in seal or do they have a lip on them??.. so i may have to drop the crank
all the seals ive done where pullout tap in type on my ford

Its prity easy, the seal will pull out and the new one will press in with you fingers. There are diferent temperature seals, black is normal, blue is warmer and red is the high temp one. Good luck. Eric.
