We are looking for reasonably safe storage( open air is fine) for our camping trailer for approx. 2 weeks early june this year around Kulgara or
Marla on the Sturt Highway. we will be travelling from WA to
Birdsville via the
Simpson desert but will not take the camper through the desert. We will only take our tent and will return to collect the Camper approx. 2 weeks later to return to WA.
We are quite happy to pay for this service .

If I were you, I'd simply contact the roadhouses in
Kulgera or
Marla and asking if they can offer you storage - I'm very sure they can.

I'd try ringing the two roadhouses and ask for suggestions. If there is a relatively safe/secure option they'd know about it.

Good decision not towing on the
Simpson Desert.
It will be a lot more enjoyable trip.
Cheers

If you do not like them there is
Cadney Park and Oonadatta. The
Oodnadatta Track from
Marla to
Oodnadatta is usually quite reasonable and not a problem to most camper trailers.

Yes, many
places will let you park, sometimes for a modest fee, but asking them to keep a look out is another matter. The only safe storage in my book is in a locked yard.
