Morning OZ
Explorers!
Have a question from a mate with a 2H HJ47 Troopy. He's sick of the colon crushing he gets everytime he jumps in the truck. He does mainly beach work with no real offroad work and doesn't need much articulation.
Has anyone heard of a mob doing full air
suspension (not polyairs etc) to replace leaf
suspension and if so the details???
Cheers in advance...
Trol.

If its personal comfort that he is after and susp. is OK why replace the susp. Get a suspention
seat or a suspention base for his existing seat/s. Brilliant , I have one in my 45 work ute out of a tractor but there are plenty of commercial setups around I have seen at 4by shows.

To replace the leaf spring supsension to bellows, air springs etc. is major
suspension work, with experts & engineer certificates.I agree with the last suggestion
suspension base frame, cheaper, but have to find one to fit the vehicle.
