Has anyone stayed at Batten Point recently , what are the rules/cost,etc.
I stayed at the fishing club last year and it was good but can't afford it (for a month) this time
also Batten point is much closer to the sea.

The insects a Batten Point will tear you apart. Last year a few people had to go to Borrolloola medical center for treatment.

When we were there a couple of years ago It was free - no facilities also very crowded. You will have to be early to get a site or continually monitor the area for someone leaving.
