Steve
Email from Milton Oliver today in reply to a request for information from Truckster I think, states the following.

A major bulletin went out last Saturday week ago, Bruce - it was uploaded to this site within 24 hours. On Monday night there was a stakeholder's meeting which attempted to find a way forward - there was no conclusion. There is another meeting in a fortnight's time to try and move forward again. I hope to have something to report then.

Steve I suggest you check out the RUG web site and register yourself to receive all the details direct from them and to keep you up to date.
Also check out the 4wd Vic site for updates from them.
The detail refered to by Milton is avaliable on both sites
