I'm battling to find seat covers (preferably canvas) to suit my 78 series. Any advice?

Yep,
Gotta agree with that.....CandyCanvas are the ones I'm using and they're very good.
Their factory is at Tintinara, SA

You could try Takla.

www.takla.com.au

They make Canvas seat covers for most 4WD.

Black Ducks in my 80 series and can't fault 'em.
Keeps the Pindan dust & the iron ore from my work daks off the upholstery .
