hi everyone, hope all is well!

i want to know everyones thoughts on steering damper.

im looking at a 35mm bore heavy duty damper, but should i go bigger like a RTC damper!

i was also thinking of replacing my tie rod aswell, since i am alao doing my swivel hub seals and bearings.

i have had most of my bushes replace already.

oh i have a 80series.
cheers

hi have used a return to centre steering damper on 2, 4wds
it makes them very nice to drive , a bit lighter to steer
will put one on any future 4wds when needed

forgot to mention ,make sure you replace the oil seal
in both ends of the housing ,that's what causes the swivel seal to leak

Hi larsy

I'm running an RTC on my 100 series.

Boy what a difference it makes. Sand driving is a lot easier - almost like have an autopilot fitted.

Highly recommend it.

Cheers
