EOTreks Route Files

Not being totally sure of my ipad knowledge, can I download the GPX route files onto Memory -Map.
If so is there a step by step process

Unfortunately the way apple restrict access to the internal memory they make getting any data to any app a bit difficult.

When I used Memory Map on an Ipad I recall a great way to get GPX tracks on the map is to email them to an account that you use on the Ipad, then open the GPX file from email. It opens in Memory Map.
