Article Comment: ExplorOz Traveller Feedback & FAQ

I was downloading the 144k Pack East and got to 61/73 but it now stops with "problem during insert record code 6. I was able to download other map areas without problem. Continued using app and explored the settings options and changed to navigation as the startup screen. Now I've exited the app and when I start it again it comes up with a blank screen. Using Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7" Android V4.1.2

There was an update published last night that you will find has automatically fixed both these issues Rod.

Hi Michelle. I did an update around 8pm last night before this problem started and I checked for update just now and none were available

Rod can you check the version number in the bottom of your Home Page in the app says 1.6.15 that confirms if you have latest update we put in last night to address that issue.

Michelle, unfortunately I can't get that far as after the initial Exploroz Traveller splash page the screen goes white. I thin we need to solve this start up problem first before trying to find out about the map data issues.

Ok you need to uninstall the app. Then reinstall. Check you have v1.6.15. YOu should be all good.
