ExplorOz Tracker is a service that is available for Members via either of our two apps (ExplorOz Traveller, & ExplorOz Tracker), and also for Members who own a SPOT device with a "Shared Page"

Sorry hit the wrong button. . No edit function. Any way my device doesn't seem to show up on eotrackme. There is no my track button. What haven't I done?

Hi Coatl, first of all, can I please check which app you are using, is it EOTrackMe for Android, or UTrackMe for iPhone/iPad?

Thanks, have you input the Server Settings as per our help file here? Click on Documentation, then "Settings for uTrackMe Beacon 2 (iPhone & iPad)"

The two things to make sure you have correct are the URL and the Username (cross check these with the information shown in that help file).

Hi Adele. Did put the info in settings and have checked a few times that I did it correctly. Am wondering if I have a glitch with the app, when enabled it thinks for a few seconds then status says sleep and GPS says off. It has done this multiple times. My location service is turned on. Coatl
