Try going to the Oziexplorer website, click on the CE page, then the help pages...

I have never worried about Altitude, what do you want to do to it? Set your "home" altitude or what.

Same with speed.Mine is set to kilometers per hour. I think that I did it in the Configuration screen.

You can also open the help file (ozice_d_help.chm) with Windows Explorer.

Under Configuration there is a menu option to set the Units. You can set the Speed, Distance, Altitude and Degrees units. ls that what you want.

Does that help?

Hi Phil,
I don't use the features much, but do every now and then.

With altitude and speed I don't really worry about absolute figures, however am interested in the overall trends (easily gauged by the graphical interface.)

Sometimes its convenient to know how rough/easy country affects your speed and if it is related to altitude etc.

Cheers
Alan

You will find that Altitude figures vary between different gps units running side by side
