Hi Boof,
I ordered a Outboard Carrier about a month and a half ago and have had a few problems getting info from the manufacturer, but I have finally given given a consignment number and it looks like it is on the way, so hang in there. I found that by sending emails seemed to get the best result but I was also calling and leaving messages as
well as SMS.

Thanks for the info. I ordered
mine on the 11th April. That's why I have been abit worried. It was sent out last Friday but hasn't arrived yet. Still waiting. I am glad yours has turned up though. They are a good product. Cheers, Boof.

It ended up that
mine was actually sent last Fri as
well, although had been told many times that it had been sent earlier. As I said arrived today in WA.

Sounds good. He told me he was waiting for the bearings to be made as the bloke who puts them together was away fishing. Are you fitting yours to a van?

Just used the email on invoice that was sent
Craig@flipneasy.com.au and Info@flipneasy.com.au which is the address the invoice came from. I sent my correspondence to both.
