We are preparing to travel to Cloncurry,Mt Isa, Lawn Hill, Karumba etc. I have been trying to download some users treks on my Apple iPad without success. I have chosen a trek, then download trek, when asked to select data (eg GPX) I have tried all choices to no avail. Comes back complete gobbly gush. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

GPX files need to be opened in some sort of GPS software such as Oziexplorer. Google earth or other program. What are you running on your Ipad?

don't think you can download a trek to the ipad, what you need to do is download with a pc then email the file to your ipad which will then open it in the appropriate program or if you have more than one it will ask which one
