Roof racks for GQ and GU

Does anyone know if they are the same? We are looking to buy a full length mesh floor rack and i have seen several listed for the GU Patrol but not sure if they would fit.

Pretty sure they're about 2.5" different; can't remember which is wider, think it's the GQ (it has flatter sides).

yes you are right the gu is narrower than the gq we found out the hard way thinking we wuold save dollars when we upgraded to gu and to maintain the integrity of the rack you shouldnt bend the legs in either
