Tjukayirla Roadhouse
Hi All, just an update on the road as due to a bit of rain in
Laverton, the
Laverton Shire have decided to close the Great Central rd to the
Shire boundary, it will be reviewed again Tuesday morning.
No rain out this way at Tjukayirla as yet, and the rest of the road is in good condition. Hopefully should be a short closure.

G'day all, good news, with an early review, the road is now open again to 4wd vehicles.
No rain out our way at all still, and the rest of the road is in great condition. There are some roadworks between
Laverton and Cosmo that they are trying to protect.

What do you think will happen to the GCR if the native title goes through? Will the
Laverton Shire build a new road around the Cosmos Newberry title?

G'day Sludgie. not sure what they'll do mate. They have a few options to look at. That's one of them of course.
