Nissan Patrol 2005 3L auto GU. I have an intermittence vibration coming from the kerbside, front end Engine Bay, I get it on some corners and is very noticeable in carport,it only happens at slow speed and stop in gear take out of gear(higher revs?) goes away, Putting on full lock in gear, vibration returns,on the open road no problems. I did think it was the plastic intercooler cover which I could move up and down on the rubber grommets, tighten down. RAC and my local service man could not find? any help?

Probably one of the many things discussed in the Patrol
Forum.

What is it that the
home screen for this
forum says...
ExplorOz is Australia's favourite website for travellers with a sense of adventure. Whether you're a caravanner, camper, four-wheel driver, motorbike tourer, or fisherman, you can use ExplorOz to get trip planning information and to connect with other like-minded people...
Obviously there are some non like minded people using it too...
Cheers

Obviously referring to me and I agree with you. However when I want to know a technical question about a vehicle or a van I find it far quicker and easier to ask on that brands
Forum as almost everything that could go wrong has been discussed, probably several times.
Exploroz is a marvelous site but deals in all sorts of things without getting into the meat of questions like above.
As an analogy you dont buy you groceries at a hardware store so why not ask the question at a specialist place.

Not just you Tom!
I just find it rude that the opening post on far too many occasions goes along that line.
Post your question on such and such a
Forum.
Dr Google will have your answer!
Why not try doing a search first! etc etc.
I have seen first time posters cop this sort of response - never to post again. Could it be they don't know these specific sites exsist. Could it be they have asked the question and they got no responses?
Is it so hard to offer a possible solution as
well as suggest that they seek info somewhere else. Maybe even post the link to a specific site?
Social media would have to be one of the most "Unsocial"
places.
Cheers

Hutchsky
Could it be the power steering pump?
My LC got a vibration through the steering wheel on full lock and this was the problem.

I had a similar thing happen in my GQ. Went away when I topped up the power steering fluid, only when
parking on full lock and really low speed, so not if you swung into an empty bay for example.
