Barry,

Never heard of them, sometimes good to put up a few more details.

I haven't used them but did do a little research to get information, that I will share.
Very few reviews online. But they have some on the Australian Direct Web page (click here)

Never heard of them, but the distributor website is good and the business owner gives out lots of personal info on himself, trying to convince buyers he's a top bloke.

Be aware that the "5 year warranty" sounds excellent - but it's actually a pro-rata warranty. This is a whole lot different deal to a "full replacement" warranty.

Under a "pro-rata" warranty, you pay the difference in cost between new replacement price, and the amount (years) of use you've had from the item, if it fails.
So if their battery fails at 2 1/2 years, you have to fork out 50% of the replacement cost of a new battery, to get the warranty replacement battery.

I had a Supercharge Silver battery fail at 27 mths of age. It had a 30 mth "full replacement" warranty. Supercharge gave me a brand new battery, for free.
The downside of "full replacement" warranty is that the replacement item is only covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.
In my case, the new replacement battery was then only covered for 3 mths.

I would rather have a full replacement warranty than a pro-rata one.

Cheers, Ron.

I bought an inline meter from Kickass and followed up with some questions about accuracy. Their responses were prompt and useful. HTH.
