WickiCamps is showing it as being dog friendly. Their last report was June 6.

Tumbarumba Shire Rules for
Jingellic Reserve re dogs.
'Dogs are to be registered and kept on leash at all times. While dogs can be exercised within the grounds, please ensure that droppings are disposed of properly. '
Also fires only in existing fire pits.
If you stay for more than 5 days, you need a permit, It's free and available at the pub.

There is a Jingelic reserve just over the river in VIC; cross the river turn left onto
Murray River Rd then 200mtrs down turn left into Nursery Lane behind the golf course down on the river bank. I saw no restrictions on dogs there.
